Sedona Yogi

This little book is a summary of many greatbooks. I think of it as a gem. It is the kind ofbook that I wish I would have found a longtime ago! I have studied a lot of traditionsand spiritual paths during the last twentyyears of my life, and I have practiced andtaught a rich diversity of approaches, processes, principles, and teachings. Inmy estimation, it is all the same story, though the names change, and times maybe different. This booklet boils it downto the most important nuggets of wisdomfrom every corner of the world from thebeginning of time to the present day. In The Sedona Yogi, I compare thedifferences between action and re-actionand offer the reader a challenge thatrequires introspection. My goals are tosoften the heart and focus the mind on"right action" for the highest results andliving a happy, conscious life here on Earth.
