The Cicada and the Ant

This fable is a paraphrase of Fontaine's famous fable "Cicada et Formica" (The Cicada and the Ant), which in this version does not depreciate art or devalue work; on the contrary, it teaches the character of not being exceeded in what one does, even if it is for pleasure. Everyone has their moments of work and fun, as long as they know how to fulfill their rights and duties, because we are responsible for our own actions.
