Today, Information and Communication Technology has developed rapidly and has had a huge impact on access to information and on information seeking behaviour. Library staff must know and examine the criteria of information seeking and information used by the users for providing information services, designing new information systems, intervening in the operation of existing systems, or planning in service programmes.
