This pioneering policy ensures creativity becomes an intrinsic component of the built environment rather than an afterthought. However, the spatial implications and artistic dimensions that result from this public funding mechanism are rarely studied.
This publication explores the relationship between art and architecture in Scandinavia, particularly in public art through percent-for art and insititution-supported projects.
