When the attacks begin, no one is prepared. A pleasant September day quickly turns into a fight for survival as explosions rain down from the sky, soldiers invade the streets, and mass hysteria grips the population of the Jersey Shore. After the dust settles and the mysterious invaders disappear, three groups of young survivors must find a way to live in a decimated landscape with no parents, no power, and no idea what happened to the rest of the population. Jason Stroud wakes up in an evacuation bus submerged underwater. He has no idea how much time has passed since they were driven off the road and into the water below. Once Jason and the other teens escape to the surface, they find a world different from what they remember. Buildings reduced to rubble, cars abandoned in the streets, craters littering the ground, and no sign of other life or of the attackers that ravaged their homes. Filled with mystery, adventure, and the looming feeling that danger is never far behind, Red Falcon follows Jason and his crew through a journey of discovery, loss, and acclimation to an empty world.
