The most popular/recommended bullet journal by fans is published by Leuchtturm1917. Bullet journaling is a simple organizational method which uses small icons to represent daily tasks and how they are to be handled. Bullet journaling has expanded to include complex 'spreads' shared on social media - graphical or chart images drawn across the dot grids which can represent things like mood tracking, weight loss or tasks completed.
