The drunk on the street corner thinks he's charming and clever. The guy in the Church feels he's full of the spirit, just because he shows some kind of physical sign. Both are drunk on imagination. How does one receive the Holy Ghost? Acts 5:29 And we are his witnesses to these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.
