In 1994, Joe and Patricia Abrams founded a search team called, Sarasota K-9 Search and Rescue Team, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida. This team was built on the premise of finding the lost, educating the community on safety, and working professionally side by side with all agencies to provide a successful outcome to all missions. The team has earned the respect and accountability from the state of Florida with many award accommodations. This book is written for the heroes of the team, the search dogs themselves.
