An Agile Heart

One night Martine Leveque has a brief but intoxicating encounter with a stranger. Unfortunately, he has to leave almost as quickly as he appeared. Though away from Martine, he sends small presents every month, each one touching her heart. Over time she begins to care for this mysterious stranger, and longs to see him again. Meanwhile, Martine develops a busy life as a producer for a local TV station. Eventually she's given her biggest assignment yet - a story on world-famous actor Hank Thaller. A friendship quickly develops between Martine and Hank. But there is unwelcome news for Martine; Hank confirms the rumors he is gay.
