These poems are over thirty years old. At first, I was hesitant if I wanted to release them to the world, because they are so personal to me and they are from a time in my life that was full of every possible emotion.


I decided to share them with you.


The majority of these poems stem from a time of hurting. They also originate from a time of great confusion about my life and where I belonged as a teenager and young adult.


My wish is that my writing will inspire you and will help you realize that life is beautiful and you are extraordinary.


I am thankful that I went through those tough times, because now I am a stong woman. Those arduous times helped mold me into who I am today.


I hope that after reading my words they touch places in your heart that need to be felt.


Love, Despair, Joy and Heartache are impermanent. Back then they didn't fell like they were short lived, but now older, I realize they were and that life is worthwhile and generous.


Life is an experience. You can move through unhappiness and perplexity of living to become a stonger person.


You are worth it.
