DREW ARROYO is a celebrity car racer, a daredevil who lives his life on the edge and the last thing he needs is a prissy, nosy neighbor who'd cramp his free-wheeling lifestyle. Desiree Cruz is a major pain. She's constantly questioning his way of life and reprimanding him like a drill sergeant with a sore tooth.
