Jess, a 13-year-old punk rock chick turned drug dealer, is happy for the first time in her life. She has found a means of freedom; friendship and financial independence in her new life as a festival loving flower child. Living the life of peace, love, unity and respect, she embarks on a journey buying, selling and trading drugs which leads her to unimaginable situations filled with inconceivable amounts of love, death and drama.
