Agile Methodologies in Information Systems Development: How to Be Agile, Without Losing the Disciplines of Being Traditional

Traditional systems development methodologies sometimes fall short in the new business environment. In response to this problem, so called "Agile" development methodologies have been developed and put to use. This book shows the advantages of combining the two approaches in the systems development projects.
