Multi-project Scheduling with Resource Transfers

Companies that carry out multiple projects in parallel often pursue a resource strategy that allows multi-tasking and multi-projecting. In such an environment resources have to switch between projects repeatedly. A large amount of time is spent on transferring or adjusting resources to new tasks on different projects.
