Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Banking Operations provides a comprehensive evaluation of the response of banks to the adoption and implementation of innovative technologies. The book identified the ICT products in use in the banking industry and exermined the factors that influenced their adoption with the aim of establishing their impact on banking structure and operations in Nigeria. Essentially, the book considered the need for a proper alignment of technology strategy with business strategy to remain competitive in the banking industry. The study concluded that the adoption of ICT in banks had impact on the structure, content and quality of banking operations.
