Before the Beginning

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. He also created me... My name is Artessimo. I was born with the creation of the earth some five billion years ago, give or take . I cannot even guess how many years went by before the beginning. I have only begun to know the concept of time since man started writing it down, on everything I might add. I am completely certain many more days passed before time began than than since but just how many I cannot be sure. I did not have a calendar back then. Travel with me, see creation through my eyes, hear it through my ears. Back before the beginning when the world was new, the fresh smell of wonder in the air. The animated colors and vibrant hues still giddy with the novelty of life. Meet the Mother and walk the world with us my first day. Go deep sea diving with the Father and see what man has not yet seen. Witness the creator in me, feel my power and the glory wielded by that power. Get a glimpse of a greedy god. be prepared to see my weakness and feel my shame. Learn from me as I have learned from you along the way.
