On the night of the magical wish, Olivia's stuffed animal, Flippy the dolphin, came to life and escaped to the warm waters of Florida. Now he is in trouble and needs their help! Professor Feathers must fly Olivia and Alex to the Dolphin Science Center in Tampa Bay so they can make a daring rescue, one that will bring the kids face to face with the danger lurking in the dark waters.
