In my early fifties I experienced something I thought would ever happen to me, what my GP called severe depression but to me I had hit Rock Bottom. What I needed and was looking for was a short book, which matched my now short concentration span. I needed something to give me hope. This book, I believe does that. It's a short, to the point, few paragraphs which will give the reader hope and encouragement. Readers living with depression will find a measure of hope and can begin to understand there is only one way to go and that's up. Loved ones living with someone who is experiencing feelings of helplessness can also gain some insight into what their spouse, partner, friend, family member is going through.
