All the graduates produced by the country got fitted into suitable jobs, some job or any job. All the stock brokers became super busy, all the taxi man, auto man, lift man, iron man and even a common man became real estate brokers. I would further say real estate became a business of almost every citizen of India. The kids born in the eighties never expected such a great uplift in their life compared with their parents' lives. Most of them have been born in poor, very poor or lower middle class families. Most of their parents were uneducated and unemployed or not in stable jobs. The kids were sent to government schools where the noon meal was provided by the school itself. Also the uniforms, chappals, bus pass, books, tooth powder and even multi vitamin tablets were distributed in those government schools, which were functioning in a state like Tamilnadu. Most of the government schools in other indian states haven't even heard of such things, and it is still a dream, giving them to the kids. There were lot of Indian states where the primary education wasn't possible for the poor parents. But the Tamil Parents of the eighty kids have sacrificed a lot to give education to the kids. They taught them that only education can bring wealth and Light for their life also for the whole family. Yes They were right..the future was waiting for those kids who pursued graduation in spite of all the hardships they endured. 2000 was the year in which all industries started booming and expanding.especially the Construction industry... The life of job less architects of the 90s and the engineers and technical grade people have changed within the span of a few years. Even the course completed graduates got a site engineer job with a good pay. Most of them became very busy and the most wanted professionals to build a parallel world called IT Industries and automobile industries. The money was being pumped from various locations of the world to India. At one point, it had started overflowing everywhere and touched every Indian youth and made their life a heaven. The Indian Metro life was at par with the life of any top city of the world like London or New York. The Malls and Pubs became the destination of every Desi Nesan aka Desh Bhakt ('True'Patriot) The cities become well connected by the timely project called Golden Quadrilateral Scheme throughout India. It was a revolution in India's Road transport system. A bus company called VOLVO had entered in Indian market and changed the intercity business scenario of India.
