The Terrorist

Malli (Ayesha Dharker) is a 19-year-old Sri Lankan who lives with a group of guerrilla soldiers in the jungles of southern India. When she is picked to perform a suicide mission against a visiting politician she feels honoured and overjoyed to be able to serve the cause in this way. However, during the two day journey to the site where the attack will take place, she begins to have doubts about the human value of the sacrifice she has agreed to commit.
