Dark cult comedy starring Divine, David Lochary and Mary Vivian Pearce. Dawn Davenport (Divine) is furious at her parents' refusal to buy her new shoes. In retaliation, Dawn walks out of the house, hitchhikes her way out of town and engages in sexual relations with the driver.

When she discovers she is pregnant, neither the father or her parents want anything to do with her and so she results to a life of stripping and prostitution to get by.
