A Big book at 8.5"x11"Gratitude Jar -take any jar or vessel that you desire and place your gratitude squares in them after you right on them. Whenever you feel like it, take them out and read. This is a great thing to do at the end of a year to reminisce over the year at closing before the new one starts. There are 480 "I am grateful for..." squares within this book. With more than a calendar year's worth you are not limited to one a day! Feel free to have family and friends join you! Daily or every time you recognize that you are grateful for anything at all-fill in a square! Feel free to cut them out and place in a "Gratitude Jar" or post them in books, bulletin boards or at your desk. If the idea of cutting them out bothers you then by all means, leave the book intact. There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to use this book!
