Maybe this double-helping of all things fat and fantastic should have been titled The Best Of Rotund Rock. Certainly, where Rock 'N' Roll origins are concerned, slimming was purely for wimps. Some claim that it was all down to *Elvis* and his hankering for peanut butter and squashed banana sandwiches by the bucketful.
